We are excited to announce our upcoming feature, the Command Center Snapshot. The Snapshot view is intended to provide a comprehensive overview of key analytics (both traffic and operational) at a glance. Included in the view, users can find 3 sections:

  • Traffic Section: Offers insights into traffic metrics, such as throughput, sessions count and sessions mitigated with comparison indicators to previous periods. Useful for security analysts to share attack instances with management and internal teams.
  • Operational Section: Provides information on the account usage, as well as platform status updates to keep customers informed of Arkose’s system activity.
  • Support Section: Here, customers can find the latest updated support tickets as well as quick access to Proactive Alerts.
